2019年 年頭所感「グローバル教育を通して、世界の若者を逞しい自由人にする」

新年を迎え、謹んでお慶び申し上げます。
 
学校教育を取り巻く環境には、凄まじい変化が起こっています。未来に生きる若者は、グローバルな変化の中で先を見据え、自らの可能性を見つけなければなりません。残念ながら日本の教育は世界標準から一周遅れと感じるのは私だけでしょうか。私たちISAグループは、教育こそが「信じられない将来の自分を創る」魔法だと思っています。
 
アイエスエイは、グローバル社会で活躍することを目指す若者を支援する企業グループでありたいと思います。学校教育のグル―バル化をサポートする真のパートナーとして必要とされる企業グループを目指します。
 
本年、アイエスエイはシンガポールにISAグループのアジア戦略の拠点となる現地法人を設立します。アジアは10年先を見据えると世界の経済圏として世界最大になるとの予測があります。学校教育は欧米志向を超えて、アジアとの交流を深め、アジアの若者との繋がりを強めねばなりません。若者がアジアに強くなり、アジアの若者と切磋琢磨し、人生を切り拓くよう貢献する企業グループでありたいと思います。
 
未来に生きる若者がグローバル社会で活躍するため、グローバルリテラシーと呼ぶにふさわしい3種の神器をアイエスエイは伝授したいと考えます。英語力とデジタルリテラシー、そしてリーダーシップです。
 
小学校、中学校、高校、大学のラーニングステージで着実に、次世代に必要な3つの才能に磨きをかける支援をしたいと願っています。

We would like to extend our sincere wish for a Happy New Year.
 
There is no question that today’s school education system in Japan has been facing rather radical changes. As the results, our next generations are forced to keep their eyes on yet unforeseen futures of this globalizing society, and aim to find their own unique possibilities. I wonder if it is only myself feeling Japan is somewhat left behind, from the world educational standard at the moment. We, ISA Group, strongly believe in education as the means of magic to “create amazing future self”.
 
We, ISA, wish to be a company supporting youth with aims to become future global leaders.
As a true partner of schools which strive to globalize their education system, we will do our absolute best to meet the needs in every aspect.
 
This year, ISA is establishing its Singapore-based company to serve as an important regional hub for our service in Asia. Asia is expected to become the largest world economic base in next 10 years. School education system is in need to go beyond the Western-oriented mind, to extend and strengthen its connection with the youth in Asia; through more intensive interaction with various Asian regions. We hope to be a leading company to encourage and support our youth to have more understandings of Asia; then to create a new path for their lives by working closely with and learning from their peer Asian youth.
 
ISA would like to offer three elements we consider as the sacred treasures of Global Literacy for our future youth to be successful in this upcoming global society; Communication skills in English, IT literacy, and Leadership.
 
We wish to provide consistent support to cultivate above three abilities throughout the learning stages of elementary school to university.
 
We hope this year to be a dramatically glorious one for all.
